Overall in the county, 41% of all sales activity is in the price range below $500,000.

At the high-end range of the county’s sales activity, 13% of all transactions have sold for $2 million and above.

November Highlights:

* The average price for the 46 single family homes sales averaged $1,230,439 * There were 2 residential lots that sold totaling $2,236,700 * Bachelor Gulch had the highest average sales price at $6,350,000
