Eagle County real estate had the best month of the year in April, but continues to lag behind 2018 in dollar volume and transactions. April dollar volume was just over $169M which brings the year to date total to $580M; 13% lower than year to date 2018. The total number of transactions are down by 113 (18%) over last year, with a total of 506 real estate sales through April.  

Beaver Creek had the best month of any of the 31 areas in Eagle County with over $20M in total dollar volume (the most of any area), 15 transactions (2nd only to Eagle) and had an average sales price of $1.3M.

There were 13 commercial transactions in April totaling nearly $11M bringing the year to date total to 47 transactions averaging nearly $1M per sale.

Vail Village again had the highest sale of the month at $7.699M ($1,453 PPSF).
